This service is ideal for anyone who needs brief, targeted advice without committing to a longer consultation. Perfect for those who are just starting their housing journey or need quick answers to specific questions.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that this bespoke service is designed for concise, focused engagement and is therefore limited to a maximum duration of 60 minutes. We reserve the right to conclude any session that exceeds this allotted time, and to break up sessions where necessary. Kindly note that missed appointments are non-refundable. Calls may originate from a private or withheld number, so please ensure your device is set to accept such calls at the scheduled time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy Should you need to cancel your consultation; we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a £10 late cancellation fee. You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability. Requests made outside this timeframe may not be accommodated. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without appropriate notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
