As part of our Services, we may direct you to third-party organisations relevant to your housing situation. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Site or Services will be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

10 | Bookings & Services
10.1 Service Agreement
The consultation service provided by Insighted includes scheduled sessions tailored to the needs of the client based on the service selected at the time of booking. All sessions will be conducted at the time and date agreed upon at the time of booking, and all appointments are subject to availability.
10.2 Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your consultation appointment. Payments can be made through the payment options provided on our platform. All fees are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations made by the Insighted advisor as outlined below.
10.3 Session Duration
The duration of each session is as specified during the booking process. Clients are expected to be punctual as the session will start at the appointed time, regardless of whether the client is present. If a client is late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be provided unless otherwise agreed in advance.
11 | Refund & Cancellation
We strive to provide a flexible and fair cancellation and rescheduling process for our consultations. Please review the policy details below:
11.1 Cancellation
To cancel your consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a £20 fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be accepted, and the client will forfeit the full session fee.
11.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the consultation will not be permitted, and the appointment will be considered as a late cancellation, incurring the £20 cancellation fee.
11.3 No-Show and Missed Appointments
Where you do not attend your scheduled consultation appointment (no-show), you will not be entitled to any refund or rescheduling of the session. This includes circumstances where no prior notification was given, or insufficient notice was provided for rescheduling. Failure to attend a booked session without following the cancellation procedure outlined above will result in the loss of the full session fee.
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason and fail to notify us in accordance with the notice period above, you will lose the full amount paid for the session.
11.4 Refunds
All payments made for Insighted services are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to, missed appointments, cancellations made outside of the permitted notice period, or dissatisfaction with the consultation session.
11.5 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after any applicable fees have been deducted. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
11.6 Changes and Cancellations by Insighted
Insighted reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation session due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we must cancel or reschedule, clients will be offered the option to either receive a full refund or rebook the session at a mutually agreed upon time.
12 | Liability Disclaimer
Insighted is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from missed appointments or failure to attend scheduled sessions, as outlined above.
13 | Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Site and Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
